Flame Birch Cutting Block

Beautiful, beautiful wood sums up these fabulous boards, stunning, handcrafted from dense flame birch which grows locally here on PEI. A wonderful natural edge with all the curves found underneath the bark. With its wavy flame figure, this is a gift worthy board.

Carefully crafted from one piece of solid wood [ no glue lines or lamination] , nice and thick. Walnut strips along the bottom give the board some lift and have small rubber pads to protect surfaces and keep the board from slipping when in use.

Can be personalized with custom lettering, while I do not laser my work, I am pretty comfortable with a knife to hand carve the letters for you. Very subtle and sure to be treasured.

17 inches long x 9 inches wide x 3 inches high...the flame birch is 2 inches thick.
