Like everyone I have been baking so much over the past year, a cookbook stand has made it much easier to follow the recipe and directions. And as a side note 'Flour Water Salt Yeast' by Ken Forkish is one of my best purchases this year, wonderful breads and a really great read.
This one is crafted from solid black walnut with heavy champagne gold hardware and carved detail. A bit of a natural form, looks beautiful on the counter when not in use. I was thinking of the river I visit daily as I walk Maya over the old railway bridge behind my shop.
